my sister's friend says she may have located a job for me in Wamsutter. I thought it would be good to start my research early! Does anyone have advice on good places to move in the area? I've been looking at Rawlins maybe... it would be my husband and me, and our three large dogs. For now! *wink*

I don't think Rawlins is really that bad. Ok so it's a little desolate, but it's better than Wamsutter I think. Maybe Rock Springs would be a bit more to go to for shopping and such, but that's a 60 mile drive, and there's times in the winter where you definitely won't make it. There's quite a few people who make the Rawlins to Wamsutter drive for work. It's not so bad. It's all desolate to one degree or another out here, so you have to take your pick.
