I'm a bit familiar with the state (I'm from Illinois) from visiting my cousin in Jonesboro. We've done day trips and some hiking, and been to Little Rock, and I liked everything, it's a lovely state.
I need to know a bit more about Conway, though... I haven't visited it before, and my husband and I are moving there soon! I don't know anything about it, so really I'd love to hear anything. We're looking to buy a house, maybe something with a big yard, or even something on a few acres outside of town?
Also, are there any good organic food markets, or local farmer's markets to buy fresh? We both like to eat healthy. Thanks so much!

Conway's a great place, the only downside is if you'll be commuting to Little Rock. Even then, it's not terribly far, just not always the most pleasant drive. There's quite the growth going on locally, with new shops opening and a few new restaurants showing up and flourishing. Quite the change from a few years ago, when there wasn't much to look for in Conway itself for dining or shopping. You'll like the schools, if you have children (or are looking to!) and the crime is very low for being so close to a city.
If you're into outdoors activities, Petit Jean Mountain State Park is only thirty minutes away, to the west. Don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself
