Hey yall, thought it would be great to start a thread to share fun, quaint places to go out with the family or even just those hole in the wall bars and such with great atmosphere and a ton of character. I'm a big fan of Mexican food, and my fav place is Mi Nidito... it's voted best Mexican restaurant even! Check out their site... then go check out their food!

I can't recommend Pinnacle Peak enough... great western atmosphere, great western food! Best steak you'll find at an authentic restaurant, not one of those chains

That's the place with all the cowboy stuff, right? I think I remember going there with the family, they have a little train for kids even, or is that the same place? Had a ton of fun, the beans and steak were unbeatable

Some good indian food on Campbell, at India Oven. Love the curry! Las Candelas - great out of the way bistro, love to go there for their tapas, great variety, wonderful service! Enoteca Pizzaria - Tasty tasty pizza, nice wine selection, great atmosphere... Enoteca Pizzaria Wine BarGentle Beans is a fun bar we go on girl's night out some weeks, they have some great micro brews. Tends to be a college hangout but pretty mature.

Oh I also wanted to chime in on Pinnacle Peak, it's so much fun, and great food!
