I have a job offer upstate, and everyone I talk to say upstate is nice to live. Utica seems a good spot, is only about a 15 minute drive from the office according to mapquest, can u give me sum info?

wow just don't ever ever go to Utica its the worst ever and is just all welfare and awful youll have to deal with the drugs and the crime, dont go!

Not all of upstate is bad, there are some nice places around Albany. But Melo is right... Utica might have been nice sometime, but it's a disaster now. Definitely stay away, you don't want any part of that. If you can, maybe try looking around Rochester?
