O'Fallon is located in eastern Missouri about 33 miles from St. Louis. St Charles County is located west of St Louis County Missouri after crossing the Missouri River. It is between I-70 to the north and I-64 to the south. Other nearby communities include Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville, St. Paul, Lake St. Louis, Weldon Spring, Josephville, St. Peters and Wentzville.
